Australia under renewed threat from bush fires.

Homes in the NSW central west are under threat from a bushfire which is being fuelled by extreme weather conditions, the RFS says.
The fire is burning in a southeasterly direction towards the townships of Rylstone and Kandos, about 50km east of Mudgee.
An emergency warning has been issued for people between Dolomite Road and Rylstone.
RFS crews are undertaking property protection at a number of isolated homes in the the area of Dungeree State Forest and at the end of Dolomite Road.
A number of aircraft are also working on the fire.
The blaze started on the northern edge of the Windermere Dam and is burning in “extreme fire danger conditions” about 8km from Rylstone, the RFS said.
Those who plan to defend their homes are urged to get ready to take shelter as the fire impacts.
Those who don’t have a Bush Fire Survival Plan should flee to a safer place, the RFS warned on its website.
